New Non-GMO Project Products Include Single Ingredients, Systems and Organic Certified Options
To help food formulators meet the ever-changing consumer demand for label claim transparency, we recently expanded our Non-GMO Project Verified product offerings to include 24 single ingredient solutions and gum blends.
Visit us at booth #3257 with the Ingredion Family of Companies
Our Gum Gurus® will be on-hand at SupplySide West in Las Vegas on November 8 & 9 to talk with visitors about their food texture and stability challenges and serve prototypes formulated with our new Simplistica™ ingredient systems.
Prototypes at the Show
Plant-Based Cashew Yogurt with Simplistica YG 3206
Simplistica YG 3206 ingredient system leverages faba bean concentrate and stabilizers to optimize vegan yogurt fortified with protein.
We will be sampling a turmeric flavored, cashew-based yogurt alternative that delivers five grams of protein.
Plant-based Vanilla RTD Beverage with Simplistica BV 1325
Simplistica BV 1325 ingredient system gives formulators the foundation to develop a variety of dairy-free ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, ranging from pea-based plant milks to high protein nutritional beverages.
We will be sampling a beverage that delivers 19 grams of protein while meeting label claims such as vegan and gluten-free.
Sample Vegan Gummies at the Tasting Bar
Visit the Supply Side West Tasting Bar at booth #5735 to try gummies made with TICorganic®Ticagel®GC-553, an organic solution to stabilize and control syneresis in gummies fortified with nutritional oils.
While our sample will showcase a 0.5% oil load, TICorganic Ticagel GC-553 can support oil loads up to 15%, making it ideal for gelatin-free delivery systems.
