Coconut Milk Yogurt

Simplistica YG 3206 leverages faba bean concentrate and stabilizers to optimize vegan yogurt fortified with protein. We will be sampling a coconut milk yogurt that delivers five grams of protein.

Gluten-free Snickerdoodle Cookie

Simplistica BK 6202 uses hydrocolloids and pea protein concentrate to optimize the formulation of cookies and other baked goods that carry enhanced label claims. We will be sampling a snickerdoodle cookie that meets claims including gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, protein-enriched and reduced sugar.
